Ulusoy having served as an agency in the maritime sector since the beginning of 1980; in 1995 became a ship owner upon purchasing RoRo vessels . Ulusoy established an important trade link with Russia upon the commencement of the Samsun - Novorossisyk regular Ro-Ro line.
In order to meet the increasing demands of the transporters, Ulusoy started to put into service additional modern vessels with higher capacities under its own management certified with ISM, ISPS and ISO 9001. Today, Ulusoy Shipping Group has the second largest Ro-Ro fleet in Turkey with owned 7 (seven) ships.
Apart from the Samsun - Novorossisyk line which has been working non-stop since 1995, Ulusoy has been managing another line between the Çeşme - Trieste line as from September 2000 and eventually started to operate also Zonguldak - Skadovsk (Ukrania) as for February 2005.
Our portfolio is consisted of ; T.I.R companies , shipping companies , international brokers & charterers and other foundations of this sector. Establishing new lines and enlarging our Both Ro Ro and Dry Bulk fleet by adding new ships is our main target in order to meet the demands of future expectations in Cesme-Trieste Liner Service and Global Shipping Market.
Ulusoy was awarded the Cesme Port privatization tender and on 06 June 2003, the port Management was taken over by Ulusoy for a period of 30 years. From the first day Ulusoy took over the management of Çeşme Port, necessary feasibility studies were made in order to bring the port into a more modern, effective and safe appearance/condition.
